Who we are

The businesses behind this site.

BucksCountyOpenHouse.com is operated by Bucks County LLC, which also operates BucksCountyHousing.com, BucksNotary.com (a paid mobile notary and loan-signing service), and is affiliated with Graham Sullivan, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson. Links to those services across this site — closing-support buttons, realtor banners, footer contacts — are house promotions for our own businesses, not paid third-party advertising. When you work with either service, we earn money. That relationship is the business model; useful open-house and town content is how we earn your attention honestly.

Where the listings come from.

Open houses on this site come from two sources: agent submissions (reviewed before publication) and, once live, an MLS/IDX feed governed by the MLS's display rules. Until the feed is live, clearly-badged demo listings illustrate the product. Boosted and Featured placements are paid or curated promotions by the hosting agent and are always labeled. A boost changes an open house's placement, never its facts.

Local businesses can sponsor placements on this site. Sponsored placements are always visually labeled and live in dedicated sponsor surfaces, never inside editorial content. Sponsorship does not buy coverage, a recommendation, or softer treatment of any fact.

Everything on this site is general information for Bucks County, Pennsylvania — it is not legal, financial, or tax advice. Town statistics carry their source and vintage; verify time-sensitive details (including open-house times) with the hosting agent before you drive.

When we get something wrong.
