West Rockhill wraps Sellersville’s western side with rolling farm-and-woodlot country, and its two-park pattern says a lot about the township: James Memorial Park for ballfields, festivals, and the fishing derby; Manderfield Preserve for a walk with nobody around. Both are township-run, which is unusual civic muscle for a municipality this rural.
Schools are Pennridge, with the borough conveniences of Sellersville and Perkasie a few minutes east and Route 309 carrying commuters toward Quakertown or the Lehigh Valley.
